Expanded graphite has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flexibility and good resilience. In the spiral wound gasket series, its service temperature is relatively high. It is most suitable for use in occasions where the temperature changes. It is a static sealing element at the flange connection of pipelines, heat exchangers, tower tanks, etc., and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, shipbuilding, steel and other sectors. It is especially suitable for high temperature and high pressure steam, LPG, and alternating hot and cold temperature differences.

Maximum operating temperature: oxidizing gas: 450°C; non-oxidizing gas: 800°C.
